Eight Mile Plains Information
Eight Mile Plains is an interesting mix of suburban living, shopping, farming, remnant bushland, accommodation and technology.
It is the site of the Brisbane Technology Park, a 33.5 hectare site which includes the Clunes Ross Centre for Science and Technology. Eight Mile Plains is also home to offices of the Australia Tax Office and the RACQ.
The nearby suburbs of Nathan, Runcorn, Sunnybank, Macgregor, Upper Mount Gravatt and Underwood all benefit from the major industry of this area
