The Logan Motorway and the Bruce Highway, meet at the northern end of the suburb of Loganholme. The suburbs that surround Loganholme include Bethania, Eagleby, and Tanah Merah.
The City of Logan has more than 330 hectares of preserved bush land, reserves, environmental parks and wetlands. This emphasis on green reserves is evident in the aerial photographs of Loganholme.
The green spaces in Loganholme include Alexander Clark Park which is located on the reach of the Logan River that adjoins Beenleigh. The green spaces extend over the other side of the river through to Bill Norris Oval where soccer playing fields and BMX tracks can be found.
Loganholme is the home of the Logan Hyperdome, one of the largest shopping centers in the Brisbane region.
