Robertson Information
Robertson boasts a rich cultural variety that lends to the overall appeal of the suburb. The homes are mostly independent structures that were built during the 1970s. Many of these dwellings are undergoing renovation.
ANZ Stadium at Robertson was the home for the Commonwealth Games in 1982 and the Goodwill Games in 2001. It is one of the homes of track and field sports in Queensland.
The other major landmark in Robertson is Griffith University, one of the finest academic institutions in Australia.
Shopping in Robertson is another attraction. Garden City Shopping Centre, one of the largest in Brisbane, is conveniently located on the corner of Kessels Road and Logan in nearby Upper Mount Gravatt.
