Quality homes are always available here and it is still only three minutes drive to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach itself. Access to Broadbeach Waters is from the Nerang-Broadbeach Road or the Gold Coast Highway. Swim at the many Gold Coast beaches, enjoy the varied water sports, and spend a day at the theme parks such as Sea World or Movie World. Visit the mountains in the hinterland for a day bushwalking in the ancient sub-tropical forests.
