Swim at the famous Burleigh Heads Beach which is patrolled by the bronzed Surf Life Savers. The beach is backed by a wonderful park and the tall pine trees and other beach natives offer a shady area to enjoy a barbecue. Immediately to the south is the Burleigh Heads National Park which has walks of varying length for all to enjoy, with whale watching in season one of the main highlights.
After having a surf, enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes or dine in leisure at your choice of the many fine restaurants. Afterwards, stroll along The Esplanade for a romantic moonlit beach rendezvous.
