Exit the Pacific Motorway at Reedy Creek Road or Bermuda Street or come off the Gold Coast Highway via Christine Street. Burleigh Waters Community Centre, on Christine Street, offers locals rooms for meetings and private functions. While some street names such as Kentia Court and Junction Road, Crozet Court and Dunlin Drive are common, many of the smaller streets near the lakes are named after the local birds found here.
Varsity Lakes with its planned development and sense of community is a close neighbour. Marymount Catholic College and Bond University are close by and service the families who live at Burleigh Waters.
With Burleigh Waters open spaces and over twenty kilometres of hiking and bike trails, there is much to make living here great. Sail or kayak on the lakes, stroll the boardwalks or watch for the numerous birds which call this fabulous area home.
