Nearby, Sanctuary Cove offers exclusive living with the Hyatt Regency for intimate getaways, while the Palms Golf Course allows for recreation in a superb location. Schools nearby include the Coomera Anglican College and Upper Coomera State College.

Transport is close by with a train station providing easy transport to Brisbane and the greater Gold Coast. Coomera is also home to three of the big four entertainment parks, Movie World, Wet and Wild, and Dreamworld.

Known as the marine precinct of the Gold Coast, aerial photos of Coomera show the Prop Marina and Jetty, which are just a stone’s throw away, developed on 250 hectares of land. There is a link from the marine precinct to the Broadwater and Pacific Ocean via the Coomera River.
