The island offers its own identity and village feel, with Chevron Island’s planning only allowing buildings as high as 10 stories. However, Chevron Island’s development is balanced by the great expanses of green parklands. Cronin Island is another step above this prestigious area as it is a community of just one street - Southern Cross Drive.
