Labrador Information

Labrador is known for shallow, still waters which provide great prospects for family recreation and fishing. Labrador was named after a town in north-east Canada, where similar fishing opportunities were offered.

Aerial photos of Labrador show the many nearby Gold Coast attractions including Sea World Nara Resort, the Sheraton Mirage, Philip Park and the Gold Coast Seaway. The Gold Coast Campus of Griffith University and the large sporting complex of Parklands, which includes the Gold Coast Paceway and the Surfers Paradise rugby league club, are also located in Labrador.

Labrador is located close to the suburbs of Arundel, Biggera Waters, Runaway Bay and Parkwood.
