Paradise Point Information
The northern tip of Paradise Point is currently under development as a prestige residential development. Older homes in Paradise Point are either being upgraded or demolished with contemporary homes being built in their place with property values booming based on the glorious views over the Broadwater.
The developments in Paradise Point are focussed on retaining the village atmosphere of the area, emphasising parks, walks along the Broadwater edge, plazas and eateries and coffee shops.
